DD-110HF Vibratory Asphalt Compactor

The DD-110HF features dual 78 inch (1980 mm) wide drums with 3350 vpm (55.8 Hz) frequency for fast rolling speeds and smooth surface finish. The unit provides high performance capability for highway and other large paving jobs. Twelve and one-half tons (11.4 metric tonnes) of static weight meet D.O.T. static rolling requirements for increased machine utilization. The DD-110HF has a nominal capacity up to 380 tons (350 metric tonnes) of HMA per hour

• Non corrosive polyethylene water tanks, 320 gallon (1210 liters) capacity

• Patented impact spacing meter to provide consistent, uniform compaction of asphalt

• 3/4, 1-1/4, 1-3/4, or 2 mph (1.2, 2, 2.8 or 3.2 km/hr) automatic vibration speed settings

• Automatic vibration control with manual push button vibration switch located on propulsion lever

• Two complete and independent water systems with triple water filtration, four water pumps, four spray bars and variable water flow control

• Eight variable amplitude settings

• Five-position rotating operator’s console for excellent visibility

• Machined drums, chamfered drum edges

• Automatic reversing eccentrics

• ROPS/FOPS and seatbelt

• Dual frequency
