Router
features dual wheel safety brakes, new QSS (Quick Stop System)
“Belly Bar” engine kill switch, and height adjustable
handles with vibration dampening. Easy-to-see cutline pointer
is located on tilt-up cutter shroud. Raising shroud permits
full and easy access to drums and cutters for bit changing and
maintenance. Machine is equipped with protective chain guard,
wrench, pins, pin removal tool and spacers. Router bits are
sold separately. Cutting width capacity ranges from 1/2” to
2”, with depth to 1-1/2”. Powered by smooth, quiet,
lug-free 25HP Kohler Command series OHV gasoline engine with
three-stage air filtration system, including “Turbo-style”
pre-cleaner, electric start with safety-enclosed battery and
6.75 gallon fuel tank.

 Easy-to-see
cutting depth
indicator keeps the operator informed and in control at all
times. 12 volt DC ball screw actuator raises and lowers at the
touch of a finger switch. |
 “Bomb-sight”
style pointer
highlights the clear, unobstructed line of sight. Less recutting
from wandering off-line. Skid plate provides friction control of
routing speed. |

Tilt-up cutter shroud
puts drum, pins and cutters within easy reach for maintenance.
Bit changing can be performed from either side. Machine rests on
its nose without need for accessory strut. Special 2-sided
wrench and pin removal tool are included. |
 Two-piece
drum
eliminates welding and reduces replacement costs. Welded drums
are hard to balance and un-balanced drums are hard on bearings.
